Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

RC Girl's Pre-Tryout Clinics

No Refunds. You may move a payment to another pretryout clinic, but no refunds. There is a $15 charge for all declined payments.

RC Girl's National Tryouts

No refunds or credits for tryout registration fees. There is a $15 charge for declined payments.

RC Girl's Regional Tryouts

No Refunds or credits for tryout registration fees. There is a $15 charge for declined payments.

RC Girl's Local Tryouts

No refund/credits for Tryout registration. There is a $15 charge for declined payments

RC Boys Volleyball Camps

Refunds must be in writing prior to the camp date attending. If refund request is not received prior to the camp start, no refunds will be given. If refund request is received day of the camp, 50% refund only. If refund request is received prior to the day before, full refund. There is a $15 charge for declined payments

Boy's Club Tryouts

No refund for club tryout registration fees. There is a $15 charge for declined payments.

HS Girls Fall Training

Refund in full if dropping prior to the first night. After night one, no refunds.

RC Fall Series

Full refund up to the first date of the series with notification in writing. After the series starts, no refunds will be issued. There is a $15 charge for all declined payments.
